Broadcasting Complaints Commission - duties transferred to the Broadcasting Authority of Ireland

Under the Broadcasting Act 2009 (effective date 1 October 2009), the duties and responsibilites of the Broadcasting Complaints Commission (BCC) have transferred to the new Broadcasting Authority of Ireland.
