Decisions - April 2005
The Board of the BCC considered and/or adjudicated upon 25 complaints at is meeting held on 8 April 2005. Four of these complaints were found to frivolous and vexatious under Section 24(14) of the Broadcasting Act 2001 and were therefore closed without further investigation and the consideration of two complaints was deferred. The summaries of the nineteen complaints on which full adjudications were made are accessible on this site (note, all complaint summaries are in MS word format).
