Decisions - Apr 2008

The Board of the BCC met on 7th April to consider and/or adjudicate upon 23 complaints. The Commission upheld two, deferred five for further consideration and rejected sixteen. Of the sixteen complaints rejected, the Commission considered that it would be inappropriate to publish one particular complaint. The nature and substance of the complaint was considered to be sensitive and there was no over-riding public interest concern.
