Decisions - December 2005

The recently appointed Board of the BCC considered and/or adjudicated upon 27 complaints at its first Board meeting, held on 12 December 2005 . One of these complaints could not be fully processed due to the lack of availability of the relevant audio material. Consideration of nine of the complaints was deferred. The summaries of the complaints on which full adjudications were made are accessible on this page. Twelve of these complaints were rejected and six were upheld (note, all complaint summaries are in MS word format).
