Decisions - December 2007

The Board of the BCC met on 14th December 2007 to consider and/or adjudicate upon twenty two complaints, three of which had been deferred from the November meeting. The Commission considered, and granted, a submission under Section 24(5) of the Broadcasting Act 2001 and therefore, the consideration of five complaints (all relating to the same broadcast) had to be deferred.
