Decisions - February 2009

The Board of the Broadcasting Complaints Commission (BCC) met on 27 February 2009 to consider and/or adjudicate upon 36 complaints.  Of these complaints, 2 were upheld/upheld in part and 20 were rejected. The Commission had to defer the consideration of 13 complaints due to an insufficient quorum (10 of these 13 complaints relate to two particular subject matters). A request from one complainant seeking confidentiality was not granted.
