Decisions
Decisions of the Broadcasting Complaints Commission are rendered at Board meetings. The subsequent summary information, including the decision, are made available publicly unless the Commission considers it inappropriate to do so. The documentation is made available approximately two weeks after the Board meeting. This time allows for the Commission to record the decisions made at meetings in writing and to circulate the decisions to the relevant parties that are associated with the complaint.
