Decisions - January 2006

The Board of the BCC considered and/or adjudicated upon 9 complaints at its Board meeting held on 9 January 2006 . One of these complaints was considered frivilous and vexatious and was therefore closed without further investigation. One complaint was closed due to the lack of availability of the relevant audio material. Consideration of one complaint was deferred as the audio material had not yet been submitted.
