Decisions - May 2008

The Board of the BCC met on 19 May to consider and/or adjudicate upon 33 complaints.  In relation to 6 of the complaints, the Commission received requests for anonymity.  The Commission was of the view that the granting of anonymity would not be commensurate with the contents of the complaint in each case.  With regard to the other 27 complaints, 7 complaints were upheld, 18 were rejected and 2 were deferred for further consideration.
