Decisions - October 2006

The Board of the BCC met on 16 October 2006 to consider and/or adjudicate upon eleven complaints. The Commission considered one complaint to be frivolous and vexatious and consideration of two complaints was deferred to the next meeting of the Board. The Commission determined that one complaint would not be published and another would be published without the complainant's names. The Commission was of the opinion that the subject matter of the complaint was sensitive and overrides the public interest in publishing the complainant's names.
