Decisions - October 2008

The Board of the Broadcasting Complaints Commission (BCC) met on 17 October to consider and/or adjudicate upon 15 complaints.  Of these complaints, 2 were upheld and 13 rejected. The Commission also made a further determination on 2 of these complaints that the sensivity of the subject matter to the complainant overrode the public interest in the matter. Therefore, the complaints will not be published.
