Decisions - 2 September 2009

The Board of the Broadcasting Complaints Commission (BCC) met on 2 September 2009 to consider and/or adjudicate upon 30 complaints. The Commission upheld one in part, rejected 16 and deferred decisions on 12 of the complaints to facilitate further consideration.

 

Of the 16 complaints rejected, the Commission considered that it would be inappropriate to publish one particular complaint. The nature and substance of the complaint were considered to be sensitive and there was no over-riding public interest concern.
